Hotels
We recommend the Novotel in the center of Brussels for your accommodation. The hotel is close to the metro station that will take you to the conference site in about 15 minutes. The hotel offers an attractive room fee for Photomechanics2011 participants. If you want to book a room in this hotel, please fill in the following document and fax it to the hotel directly: Novotel reservation form.
Alternatively, you can consult the website www.booking.com to find a room of your choice. Please contact the conference secretariat if you need any advice concerning accommodation and transportation.
Student lodging
A limited number of student rooms are available on the university campus (the campus as about ten kilometers to the east of the city center). The rooms will be provided to the participants on a first come first served basis. If you prefer to stay in a student room we would like to ask you to fax us the following form. You will receive a confirmation if rooms are still available: VUB room reservation form.
